With a background in neurology, psychology, and integrative health, Dr. Krystina specializes in the trauma-informed treatment of both mental and emotional concerns, as well as their physical manifestations. From anxiety, depression and PTSD to insomnia, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, Dr. Krystina helps clients to not simply manage symptoms, but to heal the cause.
